Fabio Meriggi was born in Milan on 21 November 1961, and has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 1994. He has been certified to practice before the Court of Cassation since 2006. He has developed considerable experience in the fields of commercial law, corporate law and labour law, and has assisted national and multinational companies working in a variety of sectors. He has dealt in particular with problems regarding privacy protection, and has provided consulting to businesses, firms and organisations concerning proper and gradual adaptation to changes in applicable provisions of law.

He works with Marco Emanuele Galanti in assisting a number of major national and multinational companies and groups, and has also written articles analysing legal issues in the daily newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore.
